September 19 marks the first day of Oktoberfest, a 16-day festival in Munich, Germany. The Phoenix on Westheimer is honoring the world's largest fair with another fun run.
Runners are encouraged to bring new socks to donate for a sock drive benefiting Homeless Healthcare. Every pair of socks will enter you in a prize drawing, and there is no limit to the number of pairs you can bring.
