Watch the Perseid Meteor shower along with the staff and volunteers at the Houston Museum of Natural Science George Observatory. Beautiful, earth-grazing meteors with colorful tails will light up the skies for all to enjoy during this annual event, one that was throngued by 2,000 guests last year.

Telescopes will be available early in the evening for $5 per person. Visitors should plan to bring a lawn chair, mosquito repellant, snacks and a blanket.
