The brainchild of artists Scott Richards and John O'Dell, known as Roarshak vs. Insula, "Pearl Nights" combines live electronic music and video projections. The highlight of the evening is the debut of a new work, Electric Fields, which explores the idea of making visible the invisible electrical activity between bees and flowers. Roarshak morphs video, found imagery and animation into five vignettes while Insula contributes his latest electronic musical works.
The evening also features musical guests Tunefarmer and Chill_Dude. They will perform their own live sets.
