Wine and Tapas is an annual fundraiser for parks and green spaces in the Bellaire area. In addition to being a fundraiser for Bellaire parks, the community event celebrates the rites of spring with a major outdoor gala. Patrons will dedicate the net proceeds from Wine and Tapas for future renovations to Evergreen Park.
