This fiesta begins a two-week celebration of everything Spain, focusing on the country's tantalizing culture, food and wine, with an all-star list of culinary celebrities and winemakers. Ramon Martinez, executive Chef of Jaleo, Jose Andrés’ award-winning tapas concept in Washington, D.C., will prepare paella in a 20-foot-by-40-foot tent while a Spanish guitarist and flamenco dancers entertain guests.
Proceeds will benefit Casa de Espana.
