Boots and Bling is the annual fundraiser benefiting Passages for Women. This event, marking the 30th anniversary for Passages, includes a luncheon, fashion show, silent auction, and marketplace.

Ernie Manouse is the dynamic event emcee again this year and Debra Duncan is the fabulous fashion show emcee. The fashion show is presented by Marlo Miller Boutique.

Passages is a residential treatment center for women with substance and alcohol addiction. It provides a post rehab environment for women of all ages and backgrounds to continue their journey to sobriety. The residence is located in Spring Branch. Ellen Joe has been the director for 26 years and provides counseling and support to the women of Passages.
