Pappas Bros. Steakhouse Houston Downtown will present a Master’s Wine Dinner. Guests will join Pappas Bros. Steakhouse’s very own Master Sommelier, Jack Mason (one of only nine esteemed Master Sommeliers in Texas), as he showcases some of the most iconic wines from different regions around the world.
Additionally, the selected wines will be paired with a five-course dinner created by guest chef PJ Calapa, featuring delicately composed crudos, 75 day dry-aged ribeye, handmade pastas, seasonal vegetables, and artisanal cheeses. As part of this dinner, chef Calapa will preview some of the items that will be on the menu of his newest restaurant, Scampi, opening in the fall in Manhattan’s Flatiron district.
