Ouisie’s Table Restaurant will offer a most unusual wine dinner, pitting a selection of Old World (European) wines up against a selection of New World (North American) wines. The New World vs. Old World event offers five courses with 10 wines. With the exception of the first course (matching a new and old European sparkling), each course is paired with one wine from North America and another from Europe. The European wines include French, Italian and Austrian wines. The New World wines include Californian and Canadian wines.
