The menu most certainly has a Texas twang, starting out with a sparkling wine and a rosé paired with the classic Ouisie’s Spud plus the newer Texas Shrimp Mojito. Shrimp and Cheese Grits, Texas Quail, Wild Boar Sausage, Venison and Texas Pecan Pie are some of the other dishes being paired.
