This program features two brand new organ compositions: The North American premiere of Naji Hakim's Esquisses Persanes, written in memory of Rice Professor Behnaz Payandeh-Robert, and a new work by Co-Cathedral parishioner and choir member Joseph Patrick, Celebration of the Spirit, written to honor cathedral pastor Fr. Lawrence Jozwiak's 25th Ordination Anniversary.

Also featured will be the famous Toccata and Fugue in D Minor, BWV 565 of J. S. Bach, Heinreich Scheidemann's Magnificat in the Fifth Tone, the Improvisation on the Te Deum of Charles Tournemire, works by Balbastre Charles-Marie Widor, and others.
