Join Philippe Restaurant + Lounge and Sommelier Vanessa Trevino-Boyd as they host a wine dinner that explores the world of organic wines. Guests will sample five wines from important wineries in the United States that farm sustainably, paired with a four-course dinner from chef Philippe Schmit.

The event will highlight the following wines: ¿Querry? hard sparkling cider, Bonny Doon Vineyard, 2010; Pinot Noir, Calera Wine Company, "de Villiers," Mount Harlan, 2010; Cabernet Sauvignon, Corison Winery, Napa, 2009; Cabernet Sauvignon, "Lyndenhurst" by Spottswoode, Napa, 2010; and "Eisrebe" by Joseph Phelps, Napa, 2010.
