Featured works include Franz Joseph Haydn’s String Quartet in D Major, Op. 20, No. 4; Prelude and Promenade by George Gershwin; String Quartet No. 16 (Popular Songs Without Words) by Stephen Dankner; and Fast Blue Village 2 by Elena Kats-Chernin.
The November 3 performance will take place St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, and the November 5 performance will be at the Unitarian Fellowship of Houston.
Opus 4 players are Pablo Donatti and Janis Garcia, violins; Don Burell, viola; and Nancy Francis, cello.
