This series of work was created digitally by collaging disparate elements such as fabric, fruit, doodles, bottle caps, zippers and wire, but the key element in the dot dot dot collages is the formal use of color. The impetus for this show is to focus on the circle and to look at composition in a new way while reveling in the subtleties of different hues. A reception for the artist will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition is on view through Jan. 8, 2011.
