Follow The Prophet isn't a feel-good story, but it's an important story. In a time when movies rarely reach beyond the commercial money grab, Follow the Prophet examines the issue of arranged marriages of underaged girls in authoritarian religions. At age 15, Avery Colden was given as a bride to a prophet of a religious polygamist cult. As Colden gains her freedom, she and her liberators realize the cycle of marriage will continue and there are others who need their help.
