Opening of Mary Temple's "Northwest Corner, Southeast Light"

eventdetail
Courtesy artist and Mixed Greens, NYC

"Northwest Corner, Southeast Light" is the largest ongoing light installation series by Mary Temple. The exhibition title points to how the artist imagines sunlight might appear in the northwest corner of the gallery space, focusing on any memories the shadows may conjure up in the viewer. Temple will deliver a small informal talk at 6 p.m. Thursday.

On Feb. 15 at noon, guests are invited to bring a lunch for a 10-minute talk led by gallery staff about Temple's work. Free ice-cold soda, bottled water and delectable dessert provided.
