Houston-based eyelash extension company NovaLash hosts its Lash off contest in which customers send in videos and photos of their work. The best is chosen and named winner by a panel of judges. A separate fan favorite category is picked by the public on Facebook. The winners are then flown to Houston to recognize their efforts.
