Fresh Arts' Ninth Annual Winter Holiday Arts Market (WHAM) is a juried art sale and citywide celebration of Houston's most talented and diverse artists. WHAM offers a wide variety of art and specialty items made by more than 60 local artists of all disciplines, including painting, sculpture and photography, as well as jewelry, clothing, accessories and more.
Fresh Arts hosts WHAM to afford local artists the chance to showcase and sell their work to the general public, while simultaneously promote the breadth and artistry of Houston's creative community. The Winter Holiday Art Market is the largest juried art market in Houston that exclusively features local artists. Since its launch, WHAM has generated roughly $550,000 for hundreds of local artists and continues to grow as an important venue for Houston's creative economy.
The public is invited to a Preview Party on Nov. 21 beginning at 6 p.m. Tickets are $10 online and at the door.
Entry into the art market is free on Nov. 22 (11a.m.- 8 p.m.) and Nov. 23 (11 a.m.-4 p.m.) Free parking is available.
