Participants of The Official Nigerian Day Festival will take part in various activities at the festival to include: an essay contest “Why I love Nigeria,” educational cultural exhibitions and showcase, free Nigerian food tastings, Nigerian fashion show, a Nigerian trivia game show, Nigerian dance contest, soccer tournament, a kid’s zone, face painting, caricatures, and prizes for all ages.  Attendees will receive a complimentary Nigerian Day T-shirt to help commemorate the Nigerian Day celebration.
