Nicole Longnecker Gallery will host the exhibit, “3D,” featuring Texas artists George Smith, Andy Feehan, Danville Chadbourne, and Tim Glover showing work exploring the parameters of three-dimensional art.
Three-dimensional art occupies space defined through the dimensions of height, width and depth. Typically, the viewer assumes it is a freestanding, self-supportive structure, however “3D” asks the viewer to expand their preconceived notions. The exhibit features four Texas artists who expand and offer unique examples of art in three dimensions.
Following the opening day, the exhibit will be on display until June 1.
