A blind judging process from a select guest panel of judges will pick the top three winner from all the entries. There will also be a “People’s Choice” award in which guests can vote for their favorite sausage. The sausage judging panel will include Phaedra Cook of Houston Food Finder, Hank Lewis of HankOnFood.com, SpindleTap Brewery marketing/Texas Beer Experience - Leo Longoria, and Shane McAuliffe of The Texas Bucket List.
