Walmart partners with Neighborhood Centers to host health fairs in five communities around the greater Houston area. These fairs advocate for individuals to share wellness and nutrition tips, to aid in health insurance enrollment and to help families improve their wellness. Free Fair services will include immunizations, health screenings, insurance enrollment (CHIP and Medicaid), cooking demonstrations, games, school supplies, entertainment and door prizes.
