The HLOC will host a viewing party for the public to watch the Selection Sunday show, where the 68 Division I Men’s College Basketball Teams will be announced.

Houston sports, news and radio personalities will be a part of the “local analysis” during commercial breaks, and a concert with local band, The Slags, will end the evening. Houston’s host institutions’ band, cheer, and dance teams will help lead the festive atmosphere, with potentially two Houston teams being onsite for their own big announcements as the bracket is revealed.

Famous local graffiti artist, Gonzo, will be putting his final touches on his own interpretation of the NCAA bracket – a 20’ wide by 8’ tall piece of art that will start at Discovery Green and then tour the city as teams advance in the bracket.

Games, giveaways, local celebrities along with food and drink for sale and other activities will be a part of this viewing party as Houston counts down to hosting the Final Four.
