Museum of Fine Arts, Houston presents 2019 Core Exhibition opening reception

Each year, the acclaimed Core Program at the Glassell School of Art awards residencies to artists and critical writers, culminating each spring with an exhibition and yearbook. The 2019 Core Exhibition will be held in the Leslie and Brad Bucher and Levant Foundation galleries at the Glassell School of Art.

The  exhibition features work by artists-in-residence Shobun Baile, Gustavo GomezBrechtel, Maria Bang Espersen, Ryan Hawk, Devin Kenny, leo, Elizabeth M. Webb, and Peng Zuqiang. Core critic-in-residence Will Harris contributes an essay based on his independent research to the Core 2019 publication, issued in conjunction with the exhibition.

Following the opening day, the exhibit will be on display through April 25.
