The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, presents the 14th annual Latin Wave: New Films from Latin America, screening films that reflect the region’s vibrant and acclaimed cinema landscape. This year’s robust lineup features the latest releases from Latin America’s talented filmmakers, including Alonso Ruizpalacios’ Museo, Cristina Gallego’s and Ciro Guerra’s Birds of Passage (Pájaros de verano), and Alfonso Cuarón’s Academy Award-winning Roma, among others. In addition to screenings, audience members can interact with attending filmmakers during post-film discussions.
