The 11th Annual Crown Jewel of Texas Gala will feature an Annual Leadership Conference, judging sessions, platform speech presentation and the crowning of Ms. Wheelchair Texas. Contestants' outward appearance is not the focus of the pageant, but instead radiating beauty and poise from accomplishments, speaking skills and personality. The newly crowned titleholder will then advance to the Ms. Wheelchair America Pageant.
