Broiled Miso-Glazed Wild Alaskan Halibut

Broiled New Zealand Lamb Chops
Oven-roasted smoked maitake mushrooms, blueberry port reduction.
Pairing: Col Solare Red Blend.

Apricot Crème Brulee
