Liz Ward's exhibition Drawings for Unchopping a Tree by W.S. Merwin features seven silverpoint drawings on gesso on paper that accompany the prose poem Unchopping a Tree by W.S. Merwin, published by Trinity University Press. The silverpoint drawings, an old-master technique that Ward has been using for two decades, depict the cellular life of trees.

The opening reception is on June 7, 5-7 p.m. A book signing will be held on June 21, 1-4 p.m. The exhibition is on view through July 5.
