Moody Center for the Arts will host a public talk with Nigerian-born Odili Donald Odita, the latest artist commissioned for the Rice Public Art collection. Odita's transformative, large-scale mural, "Meeting Place/Painting with Changing Parts," installed in Alice Pratt Brown Hall at the Shepherd School of Music, responds to the building's focus on music, the architecture on campus, and the adjacent James Turrell Skyspace.
