Moody Center for the Arts presents "Platform: Kameelah Janan Rasheed" opening reception

Rice Public Art will host the opening of the third iteration of the Platform series, featuring a newly commissioned text-based installation by Brooklyn-based artist Kameelah Janan Rasheed. The event will feature a performance by Houston-based trumpeter, composer, and hip-hop artist Jawwaad.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display until September 1.
