Triniti Restaurant is gearing up for Monday Night Football with its first-ever tailgating party as the Houston Texans take on the New England Patriots. The restaurant parking lot will be transformed into "club level-like" cheering section, complete with food, drink and entertainment. "Monday Night Mayhem" will feature not only the game indoor, but also on a 10 by 10-foot outdoor screen. The real battle will be between local chefs, as they deliver the ultimate in tailgate nosh.
Benefiting OKRA (Organized Kooperative on Restaurant Affairs) and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , guests will be able to savor competing dishes and sip on craft beer and cocktails. In addition, a special appearance by the Houston Texan's cheerleaders will take center stage during the event. The game-winning lineup of chefs includes: Joseph Staysitch of Benjy's, David Grossman of Branch Water Tavern, Ronnie Killen of Killen's Steakhouse, Kevin Bryant of L'Olivier, Gabrial Medina of Soma and Ryan Hildebrand of Triniti Restaurant.
Guests will enjoy beer from Karbach, No Label, Southern Star and Saint Arnold Brewing Co., as well as Crown Royal cocktails.
