The decade that brought waterbeds, leisure suits and pet rocks also spawned one of the most diverse periods in music history. The 1970s added hard rock, R&B and disco to the airwaves.

"This Is The '70s" is a multimedia stage experience that takes you on a journey through the music, news events and pop culture that led from the communal hippie life of the '60s into what Tom Wolfe called "The Me Decade." Through a creative blending of live music performance, film, dance, lighting and computer animation, "This Is The '70s" recreates every aspect of the decade's pop culture.

This is a ticketed event for the covered seating area. Free tickets are available (four per person over age 16 while they last) at the Miller Outdoor Theatre box office the day of the performance between the hours of 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. If tickets remain at 1 p.m., the box office will reopen one hour before show time to distribute the remaining tickets.
