Mildred's Umbrella Theatre Company presents Foxfinder by Dawn King

Mildred's Umbrella Theatre Company presents the Houston premiere of Foxfinder by Dawn King. In this thriller, set in a time that can best be described as 1984 meets The Crucible, William Bloor, a foxfinder, arrives at Sam and Judith Covey's farm to investigate a suspected contamination. What follows will change the course of all their lives, forever. Foxfinder is a gripping, unsettling and darkly comic exploration of belief, desire and responsibility. Foxfinder has just won writer Dawn King a Pearson Award Bursary as Playwright-in-Residence at the Finborough Theatre, and was one of the five finalists for the Susan Blackburn Awards in 2012.

The production will be directed by Matt Huff and stars Patricia Duran, Michelle Edwards, Bobby Haworth and Kevin Lusignillo.
