To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the Houston Midtown Management District is hosting a block party from Noon-9 p.m. Oct 2. Bring your pets to the Urban Tails Dog Park, drink beer in the Texas Beer Garden, check out the Bud Light Performance Stage, eat at Midtown eateries, go for an Art Walk and treat the kids to a petting area sponsored by the Houston Zoo.
