Greg Carter's eleventh feature film, A Gangland Love Story is a contemporary version of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. A graduate of Texas A&M and Rice with a masters in fine arts in filmmaking, Carter has received recognition in the film community, including being inducted into the Texas Filmmakers' Hall of Fame, receiving the Best Director and Best Film a the 30th Parallel Film Festival (Fifth Ward) Award.
