Guests will enjoy the sights and smells of a delicious four course menu featuring Atlantic salmon, stuffed quail and dark chocolate mousse cake. Each course will be expertly paired with the newest Messina Hof wines with discussion sessions between each course featuring comments from the Winemaker. Winemakers and Co-founders Paul V. Bonarrigo and Merrill Bonarrigo along with son Paul M. Bonarrigo and wife Karen will introduce each new vintage and lead the tasting.
The new wines will include: 2010 Pinot Grigio, 2010 Chenin Blanc, 2010 Unoaked Chardonnay, Cedar Crest Vineyard Cabernet Franc and 2007 Private Reserve Port. Brut Sparkling Wine will be served at the reception prior to dinner.
