This course takes an artistic look at the myriad decisions that must be made from the vineyard to the bottle in the creation of each type of wine. Attendees explore the artistic components of fermentation, oak aging and blending, and interact with various sensory perception exercises to showcase what wine drinkers experience in each sip.
