Aarti Sequeira, the host of the online cooking-variety show, Aarti Paarti, uses her role as a celebrity chef to empower women to seek help for postpartum depression. A dedicated foodie, a journalist by education and trade, and the winner of Food Network's number-one series, The Next Food Network Star, Aarti had success all around her. But, after childbirth, she developed postpartum depression becoming one of the 1 in 8 women who experienced this serious mental health concern.
