Enjoy the official start of summer at a two-day celebration of free concerts, fireworks, strolling entertainers and more at Memorial Day Weekend in The Woodlands, presented by Wells Fargo and hosted by The Woodlands Convention & Visitors Bureau.
The weekend will start on Friday with the Motown, disco and old school funk sounds of The Level One Band, followed by dazzling fireworks display, weather permitting, over The Woodlands Waterway. Fireworks proudly sponsored by America’s ER Medical Center.
The Memorial Day Weekend celebration returns to Town Green Park on Sunday, May 24 with the popular country sounds of Junior Gordon. Following the concert, the night sky over The Woodlands Waterway once again will light up with a fireworks, weather permitting.
Besides great music, both nights will feature activities including Wipeout-inspired inflatables, vendor booths, face painting, balloon art and strolling entertainers. Families are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs.
