Gov. Rick Perry gives the Memorial Day address at the Department of Veterans Affairs Memorial Day Service. The service takes place at Houston National Cemetary and honors deceased U.S. servicemen and woman. To further honor our veterans, the service includes a flyover by the U.S. Coast Guard, a cannon and rifle salute, a parade of colors, Amazing Grace by the Houston Highlander Pipe Band and a white dove release.
