In honor of legendary chef Albert Roux's visit to his only stateside restaurant, Chez Roux, La Torretta Lake Resort is offering foodies the chance to dine in Michelin-star style. Packages are available on Nov. 16, 18, 19 and 20, and include an overnight stay at the resort, a four-course dinner for two at Chez Roux, a personal tour of the restaurant with executive chef Matthew Gray (the only Michelin-starred chef in Texas), a tour of the prestigious wine vault with head sommelier Garrett Donovan and a personal one-on-one meeting with Roux himself.
