Join artist Nathaniel Donnett for a series of meditation classes, held in conjunction with his exhibition Nothing to See Hear. Rock Muhammad, meditation instructor and founder of Relax-N-Breathe Meditation Therapy, will lead free meditation classes for visitors inside Donnett's exhibition space. The meditation classes respond to the exhibition, calling for self-reflection and thoughtful consideration of current social events, memory, loss, optimism and action. 

Rock Muhammad is a lecturer, a columnist for Tre' Magazine, and an award winning author, who has been teaching meditation classes throughout Houston since 2007 in prisons, mental health facilities, community centers, seminars, schools and at his free courses offered once a month.
