Asia Society Texas Center hosts a series of meditation sessions led by teachers from the Houston Zen Center and inspired by Universe Is Flux: The Art of Tawara Yūsaku. Each session begins with an introduction followed by walking and sitting meditation in the Louisa Stude Sarofim Gallery and ends with an informal discussion on Zen Buddhism and the power of mediation to promote a sense of well-being.

No previous mediation experience required. Limited number of meditation cushions are available on a first come, first served basis.
