The AIM for the Cure Melanoma Walk and Fun Run, an event hosted by The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, raises funds and awareness for the dangerous form of skin cancer. The 5K non-certified run will wind through the Texas Medical Center and provide participants with an opportunity to join together and show their support for patients, families and others affected by the disease.
Other race day activities include a kid's zone, food vendors and live entertainment.
