MAX’s Wine Dive will present Chef’s Table Dinner, a new dinner series that will alternate between the two locations in Washington and Fairview.
The Washington Avenue location will kick off the series with a Summer berry theme dinner. Guests will have a four-course meal with a starter of Spinach Salad paired with Selbach Incline, Pork Medallions with a blueberry mostarda paired with Albert Bichot Macon-Village, Duck Breast with a blackberry glaze and creamy white polenta paired with Last Judgement Pinot Noir; and a Buttermilk Panna Cotta with raspberries paired with a bold red of Chateau Roumieu ‘Haut Placey’ that’ll end the night on a sweet note.
