Six ambitious young women — Maya Sanchez-Rotunno, Vanessa McInvale, Kimberly Skrobarcek, Michelle Tang, Kellie Reed and Ashley Battarbee — launch an annual event to raise funds for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. Ticket includes an open beer and wine bar, light bites, dessert, live entertainment, a silent auction and a date auction. The event expects to attract 800 guests, including physicians from the Texas Medical Center and local Fortune 500 companies.
