In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Marcelle Bienvenu is on a mission to preserve and revive the traditional seafood dishes of New Orleans. Join her for a demonstration of recipes from her lastest book, Cooking up a Storm: Recipes Lost and Found from the Times-Picayune of New Orleans. The book consists of 250 recipes from the region along with the stories of their origins. The menu for this demo includes:
