Fourteen students of Main Street Theater's Education Department explore the darker side of the Snow White tale in White as Snow, Red as Blood by V. Glasgow Koste. Think you know the story of Snow White? Think again. As told by the ghost of Snow White's mother, this version is haunting and elemental. As Snow White grows to adulthood, she encounters not just the poisoned apple and the king's son she will love, but the evil Queen's divided self and temptation in many forms.

And the dwarfs? Forget Dopey and Sneezy. The Seven Brothers in this play are ageless immortals with marvelous powers.
