Nonprofit fashion group Magpies & Peacocks brings its celebrated upcycled designs to the animal world with an exclusive collection dubbed Collar & Cuff. Proceeds benefit popular animal-advocacy organization Houston Pet Set.

Using donated items such as ties, handbags and jewelry, M&P has crafted collars and other pet-friendly wearables worthy of Fifth Avenue and Rodeo Drive. The new line makes it grand debut at River Oaks' Muse boutique with a reception featuring light bites from Fleming's steakhouse and wine bar.
