The festival will showcase live music from local bands and local singers. There will also be entertainment from area school children and a Kids Zone, where children will participate in small art projects, get their faces painted and enjoy other activities. The event is designed for people to enjoy the day while learning about businesses, service providers and other amenities that are available to them in the Fifth Ward. Food trucks and area restaurants will also be on hand.
