The fully restored TBM-3E Avenger, repainted in honor of President George H.W. Bush's WWII Torpedo Bomber, will returns to Lone Star Flight Museum. In honor of President Bush and his crew, their names and “Barbara III,” were also painted on the plane.
To celebrate the restoration of the museum’s TBM, they will present a weekend of fun. Events will include sneak peeks inside the hatch of the Avenger, Avenger Hangar Talks, and a Paper Airplane Toss.
